Office appointments Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM (Central Time).
- Appointments require at least 24 hours of notice.
- A short 5-minute buffer is kept between appointments.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before receive no refund.
- Rescheduling 48 hours or more before your appointment allows your payment to transfer to the new time. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before forfeits the payment.
- No-shows forfeit the full payment.
- Refunds are handled by LaDawn directly and are not issued automatically.
